@Alison_Marty @Charalanahzard It’s a rubbish illness (had it since 17) but after 15 years I can tell you it does get better.

No cure, just slow progress. Rather than looking day to day, or, look for the progress you make over months/years.

I got through Uni, and now am a teacher, so you will get there.
