“I keep hearing how Notre Dame is supposed to be a national title contender, and how great CJ Carr is…they just lost two 1st round picks in that backfield.”
“It does feel like I know a little more about Miami.”
@jdpickell & @JakeCrain_ on Miami’s 2026 matchup with Notre Dame
if you guys think ticketmaster is bad wait until you try to buy a house…these boomers are trying to sell a 3 bed 1 bath for $500k that they paid $20k for in the 90s
So ESPN had a hate on ND day and now there are free flowing tears all over conference land. People showing how casual they are, not knowing this was approved and signed 18 months ago. Never change, X, never change.
If being independent is such a huge advantage in college football, I’d invite any and all other teams to go independent to get this advantage themselves
Notre Dame in the last 5 years:
-National Championship Game
-Four 10+ win seasons
-Everyone wants their Head Coach when a NFL or College HC Job opens up
Notre Dame is relevant.
A reminder to everyone screaming about Notre Dame
The memorandum allowing this to happen was signed in spring of 2024 by all 10 conference commissioners and ND
If you’re looking for someone to blame, it’s not ND. It’s EVERY conference that willingly signed the agreement
The outcry over Notre Dame’s 2026 schedule is RIDICULOUS ‼️
Notre Dame: plays 3 teams that finished in the Top 25 Final AP Poll (#2 Miami, #11 BYU, #23 Navy)
Let’s compare other schools’ 2026 schedules:
- Texas Tech: plays 2 ranked opp. (#22 Hou, #25 TCU)
- Miami: plays 1 ranked opp. (#10 Notre Dame)
- BYU: plays 3 ranked opp. (#10 ND, #14 Utah, #25 TCU)
- Oregon: plays 3 ranked opp. (#5 OSU, #20 Michigan, #21 USC)
- Indiana: plays 3 ranked opp. (#5 OSU, #20 Michigan, #21 USC)
Should Notre Dame join a conference so they could play an *easier* schedule like TTU, Miami, Oregon?
The continued hate towards ND is a “hate ‘em cuz you ain’t them”. Deep down, all these SAD fans desperately wish they had the tradition, prestige, and aura of college football’s greatest brand, Notre Dame ☘️
