Development banks should consider investing in long-term veteran rehab infrastructure. Demand will be there for decades (see Croatia). Discussing how to promote that at @Deloitte Poland & @ukrgasbank pre-#URC2026 event with @OlhaZykova, @EIB, @Swedfund and @KfW.

You won't find anyone more invested in Europe's future than Ukraine's veterans — many fought specifically for Ukraine's place in the EU. I made that case to all 27 member states at a @EUCouncil PSC meeting on veteran reintegration. @eu_eeas @kajakallas
