Even with all the real-time information of the world available at their (phone) fingertips to fact-check all of the GOP lies, the poor chose not to do so.
When historians look back on the collapse of the American empire, the *only* part that will baffle them for centuries to come will be that the poor voted over and over and over and over again to cut their own benefits in order to give more and more benefits to the rich and elite whom they so despised in every other aspect of life.
Just completely perplexing.
Former Trump administration adviser and intelligence official Amaryllis Fox Kennedy previously helped her father secure at least $12M from a Russian investment bank that cooperated with the Kremlin, leaked documents show.

Among the remarkable people from around the world who came to Ukraine in the first months of Russia’s full-scale invasion to defend the country with weapons in their hands as part of the International Legion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was Ben Grant, the son of British Conservative MP Helen Grant. A former UK Sports Minister and adviser to Prime Minister Boris Johnson in 2022, Helen Grant later learned of her son's decision only after he had already arrived in Ukraine.
A 30-year-old former Royal Marine and Afghanistan veteran, Ben Grant traveled to Ukraine on March 10, 2022, shortly after the full-scale invasion began. He did so secretly, without informing his mother in advance.
In May 2022, Ben Grant and his comrades rescued fellow British volunteer Dean Arthur, who had been seriously wounded during a Ukrainian counteroffensive north of Kharkiv. Thanks to their quick actions and the efforts of doctors in Kyiv, Arthur’s leg was saved.
In an interview at the time, Dean Arthur said that fighting for Ukraine was an honor and described Ukrainians as “a great people,” praising the courage of Ukrainian soldiers.
> “These guys are really fighting. They come into this as underdogs and they win. They do it every day, relentlessly. Not just the soldiers on the front line, but the volunteers, the hospitals, everyone,” he told The Telegraph.
Russian media also wrote about Ben Grant in his role as a commander of a group of foreign volunteers fighting for Ukraine, unsurprisingly portraying him in a negative light.
That likely did little to concern Grant himself. From the beginning, he believed he was fighting on the side of what he saw as justice and freedom. Despite the risks, he was prepared to continue until Ukraine prevailed.
For him, the war was not only about territory—it was about values and human lives. Explaining why he came to Ukraine in March 2022, Grant said he made the decision after watching footage of a Russian strike on a residential building and hearing a child screaming in the background.
> “I’m a father of three children, and if those were my children, I know what I would do—I would go and fight.”
And so he came to fight for Ukraine.
Many Ukrainians remain grateful to him, as they are to all those who have defended Ukraine during the war. 🇺🇦🇬🇧

BREAKING: The Supreme Court just let stand a bankruptcy tactic known as the “Texas two-step” — a corporate escape hatch for companies facing massive lawsuits.
Instead of facing victims in court, companies can move those claims into a separate shell company, send it into bankruptcy, and leave victims fighting for years while the real money stays protected.

Let's be precise about what Bill Pulte actually did.
In December 2023, Pulte organized an event at a Florida hangar for investors in a company that had already gone bankrupt. They paid $500 each believing he had secret knowledge about how to recover their money. He arrived in a helicopter that had taken off from the same airfield, circled overhead, and landed again for dramatic effect. Attendees signed away their shareholder rights to one of Pulte's associates as a condition of getting a single share of Pulte Homes in their ticket package. They got cases of Coors Light, bottled water, and a promoter slapping a supporter in the face with a green dildo.
The bankrupt company did not resurrect. Nobody got their money back.
This is the man now nominated as acting Director of National Intelligence. Not a reformed con artist. Not someone who made one bad call. Someone whose documented record across memestock promotion, a failed 50-year mortgage proposal, and opposition research that went nowhere is a consistent pattern: say what the audience wants to hear, perform confidence, collect the reward, and move to the next room.
The intelligence community employs roughly 100,000 people and holds the country's most sensitive secrets. Indiana families have kids in that workforce. The people who rely on accurate threat assessment to make decisions about American safety deserve someone whose qualifications extend beyond getting a retweet from Trump and buying a Mar-a-Lago membership.
The russian refinery says alumina shipped from Ireland does not end up in weapons.
The Irish Government seems uninterested in testing that claim.
So I took a sample myself.
It will now be compared with battlefield debris from Ukraine.
This should have been done by the state.
🇺🇦 🇷🇺 F-16 DESTROYS 4 RUSSIAN HELICOPTERS IN LOW-LEVEL STRIKE ON TAGANROG BASE
Ukrainian F-16 fighter jets reportedly carried out a bold airstrike against a Russian helicopter base near Taganrog in Russia's Rostov region.
Flying at very low altitude to avoid radar detection, the aircraft allegedly struck helicopters parked on the airfield, destroying at least four, including Ka-52 attack helicopter models.
The base, which had reportedly been used to support assaults on Ukrainian positions, was left engulfed in flames, with multiple secondary explosions reported across the site.
If confirmed, the operation would mark the first deep manned strike inside Russian territory using Western-supplied fighter aircraft.
👇 Will Russia move more of its aviation assets farther from the front line after this raid?

The deployment is tied to new US-Israel joint contingency plans for seizing Kharg Island and carving out coastal territory inside Iran.

We have shut down the Valdai-Pskov-Riga gas pipeline.
The "Valdai-Pskov-Riga" pipeline runs through Staraya Russa (Novgorod Oblast, Russia) and supplies raw materials to the Pskov Long-Range Communications Equipment Plant (and it is one of Putin's "gifts" to his cronies who control the flow of gas money). An excellent target!
The plant manufactures classified communications equipment for the Ministry of Defense, Gazprom, and Russian Railways.
The reality is changing, and now it is no longer just Putin's inner circle can control who receives gas in northwestern Russia - we have lots more surprises in store🔥
