At the start of August, I completed the @JACTGreek Summer School! I had the most amazing time reading, studying and translating Greek. The lectures were beyond fascinating and I particularly enjoyed studying Homer’s ‘Odyssey’ Book XI and Sophocles’ ‘Philoctetes’.
I completed another archaeological dig this summer! I found some painted wall plaster, a horse jaw and lots of pieces of pottery. Such an exciting and rewarding experience! Thank you @archeoscan
Delighted that John Szepietowski and Kay Stewart from Audley Chaucer solicitors @audleychaucer are setting up an Esher Chamber of Commerce. Great news for the High Street & wider community - I look forward to supporting their initiatives.
Great opportunity for postdocs, scientists returning after career breaks and others interested in making sure young doctors get a great education, fit for today’s world. Help @Bruneluni medical school build their innovative new curriculum. https://t.co/pq4MqXcOcZ

Important work from @sallyabbottRD & @helen_parretti . Currently, there is very little access to specialist weight management dietitians in primary care. Improving access can improve the management of #obesity in the community @IMSR_UoB @UoB_IAHR
