Anyone have advice for loss of appetite? I’ve noticed my intake lowering naturally because I have no appetite anymore and the thought of eating makes my throat close up ,,,

@ilostrue Try Simethicone! That’s what they gave out in IP for discomfort in bloating. Most department stores have some version of it, I take Oval (for infant colic but it also treats bloat!)
