First, we took the 4x400 gold right out of their hands in Tokyo last year. Now, they’re unable to show up to the 2026 World Relays in our own backyard?.😹😹
We don’t need the hype when we have the heart. Tell the US to bring their fastest…they are still going to be looking at our back numbers. 🇧🇼😤

I still get suggestions and complaints, issues…that ought to be addressed to MPs representing constituencies or SEMPs. As Speaker I can’t debate, I can’t table a motion, I can’t table a Bill, I can’t ask a question like when I was representing a constituency…there’s little I can do with such suggestions…

There’s always talk of who’s the next great one in track. The hype and promise usually fizzles. But Letsile Tebogo is one of the rare ones I might bet on!
This Sunday we have two buddies going plate for plate! Testing both their culinary skills and friendship, it’s @lalakaris vs @Winxx_777 solving a 2018 BGCSE Food & Nutrition exam paper! They will then ‘turn it in’ for yall to mark. #TestBuds
