Justice Helene Morenkeji Ogunwumiju (JSC) was the only Justice that delivered a dissenting judgement in favor of Sunday Jackson. She insisted he was entitled to stand his ground in the defense of his life & property, at the risk of devth. Her name is written in gold. 🫡🫡👏
While reading the judgement of the supreme court that upheld Sunday Jackson's death sentence, one thing struck my mind, a certain Justice Helene Morenkeji Ogunwumiju, JSC gave a dissenting judgement to that of her colleagues who were in the majority. Justice Ogunwumiju, disagreed with the judgement, asserting that Jackson was entitled to stand his ground, even if it led to the death of his attacker, in defence of his life and property as referenced under Section 33(2) the 1999 Constitution.
May God bless and protect Justice Ogunwumiju.
Here’s a Benue politician confirming @RepRileyMoore’s “Over 600,000 IDPs in Benue” assertion.
I hear the situation is even far worse.
Don’t let anyone gaslight you. If you heard it from me, it is TRUE!
Help is on the way!
@MFaarees_ You just hate the truth. No one has denied the sufferings of Muslims. But you have defended your terrorist brothers and sisters and have denied our sufferings
@Boss_Aleeyu If you're told christian worship one God will you believe? Because we worship the only one true God who made the heavens and earth. Not the demon tagged Allah. Our God and your God is different. Mohammed doesn't fit as a prophet in Christianity by all standard
@MFaarees_ If you had common sense you would have try to explain the fair reason there is no mosque in Saudi Arabia. Rather you're telling her it's too late for America. They've been overcomed already. Islam is deeply rooted and cannot be uprooted. It's really pathetic for them shaa
@AmericaPapaBear Any nation that opens up for Islam and continues to do so is foolish, wicked and it's citizens will suffer for it sooner than later. Rapes and terrors and political subjugation will follow soon.
BREAKING: Defense Minister Bello Matawalle Seeks Court Injunction to Stop Nigerian Media from Publishing Alleged Links with Terrorists
On Wednesday evening, a legal filing in the name of Defense Minister Bello Matawalle was submitted to the Kano State High Court, Case No. 4, resulting in a temporary injunction. The suit targets Sahara Reporters, Mikiya, Omoyele Sowore, and other Nigerian media outlets, seeking to stop them from publishing reports regarding his alleged links with terrorist groups.
The lawsuit follows reports claiming that Matawalle has connections with certain terrorist organizations — allegations that have sparked nationwide controversy, especially after former Defense Minister Badaru was replaced by General Christopher Musa.
In the filing, Matawalle asked the court to order media outlets to cease publishing stories he considers defamatory and unsupported by evidence. He also warned that the proliferation of such reports could spread misinformation and damage his reputation in the eyes of the public.
@ishaqsamaila5 Sad when your minister of defense has links with terrorism. @POTUS@officialABAT. How much longer will it take you to release the list of sponsors of terrorism in Nigeria and deal will them accordingly.
@Abdul_Ahmad_@Therealccroyals@RepRileyMoore Some people never gets tired of exposing the evil in there hearts and ignorance. How do you use voter turnout to defined the population of a state. Mumu how many vote were cast in 2023 Presidential election. Is that the population of Nigeria. Uneducated fool
@MFaarees_@RepRileyMoore Hypocrisy at its peak you're now more concerned about the Igbos than you're concerned about your free mobile criminals and terrorist brothers who're raping and killing your sisters daily. Security in the east is a billion times better than what you have in your house. Idiot
