This FBI has brought back two high-value targets from Nigeria to the United States to face justice for alleged sextortion crimes targeting minors.

🔺 Adebola Festus Adekunle and Mudasiru Afeez Olawale were arrested in Nigeria in 2023 and are now on U.S. soil.

🔺 The charges include sexual exploitation of minors, coercion and enticement, extortion, distribution and production of child sexual abuse material, and other offenses.

If you’re planning to sue @MTNNG over their data services, please involve me. I’m ready to testify.

I’m also a victim. I paid ₦125,000 for an 800GB plan, covering July to August. I requested a detailed breakdown of how my data was consumed, but MTN never provided one. The entire 800GB was eventually gone.

Now, I subscribed again this August, and within just 20–25 days, almost half of the data is already gone. I have only about 380GB left.

Where is the data going?

I’m tired of this. Insha Allah, this will be the last time I use MTN. They have taken my money and, in my view, failed to properly account for my data usage.

If you’re taking legal action against MTN over this issue, please involve me. I’m ready to provide my evidence and testify.

❗If Julián Álvarez is adamant about his choice of playing for Barcelona, the only legal avenue left for him is to unilaterally break his contract under the Royal Decree No. 1006, as defined by Spanish law.

FIFA can't intervene because it lacks jurisdiction, as both Atlètico and Barça are from the same country.

Should he choose to do so, the courts will decide the amount he would have to pay Atlético in compensation for breaking his current contract.

This amount, however, would have to be paid by Barça as the subsidiary liable party, based on the remaining years of his contract and the player's €490M release clause.

The stipulated amount will never reach the actual €490M mark because these clauses are considered abusive by the courts in relation to the clubs' treatment of players.

《■🚨⚖️ Artículo 16 RD 1006/1985: la última vía de Julián para salir del Atlético y seguir jugando ⚽■》

Si Julián Álvarez decidiera extinguir unilateralmente su contrato con el Atlético de Madrid, la vía interna sería el artículo 16.1 del Real Decreto 1006/1985, regulador de la relación laboral especial de los deportistas profesionales.

Este precepto reconoce al jugador la facultad de extinguir el vínculo por su voluntad, pero atribuye al club el derecho a percibir la indemnización pactada o, si procede, la que determine la jurisdicción social, dado que en el presente caso la cláusula es abusiva y desproporcionada.

Es una liberación automática por voluntad del futbolista.

El primer paso exigiría una comunicación fehaciente al Atlético mediante burofax con certificación de contenido y acuse de recibo, expresando de forma inequívoca la voluntad extintiva, su fecha de efectos y la disposición a discutir judicialmente la cuantía indemnizatoria.

La extinción unilateral del artículo 16.1 RD 1006/1985 produce efectos inmediatos desde su comunicación fehaciente, mientras que la discusión sobre la indemnización al Atlético queda desplazada a un plano posterior y autónomo.

Dicho de otro modo, la eficacia extintiva y la controversia cuantitativa no son lo mismo: enviado el burofax resolutorio, el vínculo laboral quedaría roto y la cuestión litigiosa pasaría a ser cuánto corresponde indemnizar.

Julián no tendría por qué permanecer inactivo hasta que recayera sentencia sobre el importe. Una vez notificada la resolución, podría instarse su desvinculación federativa y la tramitación de una nueva licencia por parte del Comité Jurisdiccional de la @rfef , sosteniendo que la disputa económica no puede operar como una retención de facto del trabajador.

En ese escenario, la primera vía sería solicitar ante el órgano jurisdiccional federativo competente de la RFEF la documentación y efectos federativos necesarios para posibilitar su inscripción con el Barcelona.

Si la vía federativa fracasara o se demorase por vincular indebidamente la licencia al previo pago de la indemnización, cabría pedir tutela urgente ante el Juzgado de lo Social, incluso mediante medida cautelarísima o cautelar de urgencia, para preservar el derecho al trabajo y evitar un perjuicio deportivo irreparable.

El litigio de fondo versaría esencialmente sobre la indemnización.

El juez no aceptaría la cláusula de 500 millones porque es abusiva y manifiestamente desproporcionada. Debería ponderar el coste de adquisición del jugador, la amortización pendiente, duración del contrato, rendimiento, edad, valor de mercado, retribución, perjuicio deportivo y coste razonable de sustitución.

Con esos parámetros, una estimación jurídicamente defendible situaría la indemnización entre 75 y 100 millones de euros.
