Just helped out with BrainsRule (@BrainsRuleUMich) and IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!! Talking to the kids about neuroscience and explaining what life is like in the lab and seeing their lightbulbs go off was very exciting and fulfilling 😊

I love setting out an intention in the morning (i.e. today was to find joy in unexpected places) and then meditate in the evening with my intention in mind. @sasha_zabelski I personally love my chase preferred card! My girlfriend and I use it to visit each other and so far haven't paid full price for a flight since. Along with the points it also has cancellation insurance and baggage insurance I think it's totally worth it
