For too long, some of our most promising young entrepreneurs have felt compelled to establish their companies and intellectual property abroad to access global capital and markets. I do not accept that this must remain the case.

I want the next generation of African technology, finance and service companies to be built, headquartered and scaled to the world from Nigerian soil.

This post just made me know that Paystrater Wallet team are such a visionary team. Paystrater wallet allow users to pay transactions fee in stable coin rather than in native token like ETH, BNB, ARB, OP among others.

Good that Ethereum is finally looking at solving one of the biggest problem of adoption.

Not at all.

Opay runs transactions (tx) in a hands-off mode, not optimistically.

Once you click "PAY", Opay takes the tx off your device's control, runs it as an on-demand asynchronous task on their Cloud infra and simply listen to status change from your device.

Simply; when you click "Pay", you're only hiting an initiate-payment endpoint (setting tx as pending), which then schedules an immediate async task runner for that particular tx.
The task runner will simply work to update the tx's status, which could be "processing, successful, failed or reverted".

All of these happens under 4 seconds.
