@AnotherAnowa@budgetOdogwu I respect your view, but from my observation, the current bayelsa administration has been able to achieve more, largely because of the significant increase in FAAC allocations. More revenue doesn't excuse corruption but it does increase a government's capacity to deliver

Corruption exists, no doubt but many oil producing nations have an advantage over 9ja due to their smaller populations and often smaller geographical size. These factors mean govt spending can have a much greater impact
