@MoMo_Rwanda of @MTNRwanda is a popular #fintech in #Rwanda. However, I think @MTNRwanda needs to include a refund request option in the App. Why this? coz when someone makes an error to code of merchant, took a long time to refund. @chantalkagame @CKajeneri @JPMusugi

2. Discuss a way to add a refund using the transaction ID and be sent to the merchant and a claim officer maybe with @MTNRwanda and merchant or subscriber can resend the fund easily. claims couldn't go beyond 1 week of working days, maybe 15 days too late.
