My response to Spike Lees "Do the right thing" is one of excitement. The way he was able to highlight each racial identity of the characters he used. #MEDIA1801D04
@Gretadmedia Television is already controlled by corporate minds, the internet social media specifically should be left to fill in the grey areas that television leaves blank.
@1eesauce This is a good point. the constitutional amendments that the fcc could violate are more relevant then control of news and levels of social interaction.
TV is controllable, if an actor say a racial slur, the actor and their show can be canceled. However, internet content can be removed and reappear somewhere else in the vast internet world. The FCC has no business trying to tame this massive beast. #MEDIA1801D04
Cable has strengthened community. With primetime television shows, such as "American Idol", social media helps the community have the same conversation about "what are you watching?". The old stations didn't cater to a diverse audience. #MEDIA1801D04
@Obravo5115 The different view points of life. Wear something to become unordinary, a cape or a mask. Pepsi wants the mask to represent a person in diguise (coke is just Pepsi) and Coke wants the cape to represent a persons better version (Coke > Pepsi)
@jed_wedder59480 less quit smoking, the ad wants those that don't smoke to know what they're getting into before they begin smoking. Most likely targeted at children and non smokers. Don't smoke cigarettes, it leads to death.

This ad targets the live life to the fullest. Circa offers that you'll have the time of your life by booking their hotel. That experience is individual based, it may or may not happen... who knows? CIRCA does #MEDIA1801D04
Social media is freedom! For individuals that don't see representation in candidates and law makers, these platforms give them a voice and space to find others with similar minds #MEDIA1801D04
