Marriage is extremely simple
I learned this the hard way…
This is what I had to learn:
Stay in shape
Never question him
Initiate intimacy daily
Say “thank you” often Keep the house a home
Always treat him pleasant and kind Prioritized your man above all else Learn your place alongside a man Find contentment with boredom
Be unwavering in the face of struggle
Be open to criticism from your husband
And remember, the only opinion that matters is your husbands.
Any woman who can do this will find great joy in a lasting marriage.
The one who checks on everyone.
The one who holds people together quietly.
And healing often begins when the “safe place” finally finds a place where they can be safe too.
You don’t have to keep bleeding in silence just because you’re used to being strong
– covering
– honest conversations
– somewhere to fall apart safely
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you fulfill the law of Christ.”
— Galatians 6:2
You were never meant to be everyone’s refuge while living without one.
God cares about the one who comforts others.
So you carry it alone.
The tears you hide.
The questions you suppress.
The exhaustion you don’t admit.
The moments you wish someone would ask,
“Are you really okay?”
Being a safe place for others doesn’t mean you don’t need one too.
Even the strongest hearts need:
– reassurance
You listen.
You encourage.
You hold space.
You help them breathe again.
But when it’s your turn…you go quiet.
Because you don’t want to burden anyone.
Because you’re used to being the strong one.
Because you’re not sure who can hold your truth gently.
You’re the safe place for everyone else — but you don’t feel safe enough to be honest about your own pain.
People come to you when they’re overwhelmed.
When they’re confused.
When they need comfort, clarity, or strength.
And you show up every time.
God has a master plan. He can see things we can’t see. Sometimes, He’ll take you backward so He can move you forward. He’ll close a door to force us to change. We were satisfied, but God wasn’t satisfied. He has something greater, something that we’ve never imagined.

@TheArsenalMind He needs to up his game and confidence. Maybe to keep watching Merino's pattern of play as a striker in Arsenal shirt or he shouldn't be a starter for the main time so that he can learn from the bench
