@_AgentNathan I've no transaction issue with the bank. It's my feedback opinion for provision of alternative options of receiving OTP for transactions validation at no cost instead of the N6.00 charges per OTP SMS alert. Pass the feedback to the management to consider. #TokenApp.

@OneBankNG The bank zero transfer charges is a welcome development. But they can do better by enabling alternative token options aside from SMS for transactions that requires tokens. Charging N6.00 for every SMS tokens is a drain on the accounts of your customers.

@investnaija I'm suggesting that the #InvestNaija app be updated to include the app wallet as alternative to other banks registered by investors to enable transfers of redeemed money from investment portfolio to the wallet. This will make divestment within the app more simple.

@OneBankNG I'm aware that the bank have a #OneBank token app. But it was reserved for biz organizations only. Why. The last time I tried to open the banking app on my alternative phone, I received 5-same OTP SMS. Meaning my acct will be debited for the SMS by month end. Let's have options.

@OneBankNG this is a feedback from me. Pls, update ur token app to include individual customers to generate OTP for their banking transactions. The idea of charging N6.00 for every OTP generated by SMS is an extortion of customers. Note that not all transactions end successfully.

@OneBankNG Pls read my message well. I'm not complaining about failed transactions. It's a feedback suggestion for the management to include individual customers to the bank's hardware #OneBank app for use to generate OTP online or other online alternative that can be freely use.

@IkejaElectric it's either you're short-changing your Igbogbo Undertaking with inadequate power supply or Undertaking office is not being transparent with distribution of power allocated to them.
The #IEDC should act to justify equitable distribution of power available.

Subsidizing electricity must be discontinued in Nigeria if we want regular power supply.
* Govt can look into how every unmetered houses are installed with one free prepaid meter each. Extra metering should be borne by landlords.
* Promulgate laws prohibiting estimated billing.

The shutdowns are the consequence of financial pressures across the power-supply chain, said Joy Ogaji, chief executive officer of the Association of Power Generation Companies.

“We cannot maintain the machines,” she said in an interview. “If there is no money,” they can’t be serviced, she said.

Power suppliers were owed about 6.8 trillion naira ($4.9 billion) as of the end of February, a debt that has been mounting since 2015 and continues to grow by about 200 billion naira each month, data shared by the industry association shows.

@Lseb_Gov kindly investigate @IkejaElectric concerning their service to customers in Igbogbo, Baiyeku, Oreta, Offin etc. Supply of electricity in these areas is at its lowest ebb. #IE enjoyed over 500MW power supply from @NationalGridNg daily, yet we suffer steady darkness here.

@ieServe and @IkejaElectric what do we believe from #IEDC. u're loaded with 510MW electricity from @NationalGridNg. This should serve ur customers well. I've complained b4. #IEDC should stop annoying us in Igbogbo with 5-10 min. power supply/day. Enough pls! @NERCNG pls note.
