Femi Gbajabiamila was accused of taking bribe from the so called fake Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council (PFIPC). ..

Just days ago, we heard President Tinubu has ordered the ICPC to thoroughly investigate the matter and prosecute anybody found culpable.

Just yesterday, the same Tinubu appointed the man at the centre of the saga - Femi Gbajabiamila into the Working Group on the National Policing Bill.

A man accused of allegations of such magnitude now basking in the euphoria of more appointments when he is supposed to step aside for proper independent investigation on the issues at hand??

I expect nothing reasonable from the so called ICPC investigation anyways..

Peter Obi is fighting a corrupt Establishment. And he is almost alone in the struggle. Others are passive contributors. The Rock promised to remain in Nigeria & fight. He promised he won’t abandon Nigerians. He has kept that promise!

He is living up to his name. He is one man acting like a battalion. He utilizes the space better. He has a larger-than-life attitude. But even the strongest of us can bleed. He has shown us his vulnerability. He is after all, a man.

However, it was more about what he couldn’t say than what he said! Since 1999, no politician has been investigated & harassed in the way & manner that Peter Obi is being persecuted!

He risks his life & livelihood for our sakes. He has passed the most important message & we heard him loud & clear! He has accused the Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration & put the blame squarely on Asiwaju’s shoulders. Obi is raising an alarm. Now we know who to hold responsible! We hope it won’t get to that!

Because, in a place like Nigeria? The innocent are usually the ones receiving the most abuse.

Peter Obi is the single most important strand holding the entire Nigeria together.

The way Kwankwaso is diligently following the course of NDC and Peter Obi, it's very clear that he has planned his way ahead of 2031.

Whether their present ambition succeeds or not, Kwankwaso will be rest assured that he will be inheriting massive support from the South East region and considerable support from other parts of the South even before he starts his campaign proper.

That will be an inheritance from the proceeds of political investment that he is currently planting with Peter Obi.

It is a long-term strategy, and every move appears to be pointing in that direction.

With that, outside Atiku Abubakar, who we are unsure will be contesting against Kwankwaso in 2031, he will be ahead of any other political actor that will be battling for the Presidency with Kwankwaso from the North.

The reason is simple. His biggest assignment will largely be to consolidate his support in the North while picking a formidable Vice Presidential candidate from the South to strengthen his chances.

As it stands today, Kwankwaso is the only person we can confidently say has a visible 2031 presidential ambition from the North.

While many others are still focused on the immediate political battle, he appears to be looking far beyond it and positioning himself accordingly.

So, win or lose in 2027, Kwankwaso is still very much on course.

Those who plan ahead often have an advantage over those who only focus on the next election.
