When we started responding to Russia’s operation against our data centers, and when our strikes reached Yandex’s data centers, it suddenly became a little easier to breathe on many social media platforms. A lot of people noticed it. There was less hate, less division, and fewer provocations.
Because there were fewer bots. And it’s pretty clear where those bots were coming from – if they disappeared when Yandex went offline. This proves, again and again, that Europe is not the source of the problems. Europe is not the one making everything more difficult.
Most importantly, we need people in America, every morning, when the day in Europe is already moving toward evening, to really see what is happening. To see the truth.
From a speech at the Warsaw Security Forum. (3/3)
Back in the late 1800s and early 1900s when millions of immigrants flooded our shores, no paperwork was required to immigrate. No passports, visas, or work permits. Anyone who could afford a ticket could board a ship, arrive in America, answer a few basic questions, and be on their way.
They could stay as long as they wanted, work wherever they wanted, buy property, start businesses, and basically do anything any American citizen could do. In fact, in most states, they could legally vote in local, state, and even national elections, subject to the same poll tax, literacy test, or other qualifications required of American citizens.
If they wanted to naturalize, they just needed to register their intent and were given seven years to complete the paperwork necessary to become American citizens, which millions of immigrants were proud to do.
Things began to change in the 1930s with the advent of social security numbers, and then more so with the Alien Registration Act of 1940, signed into law as a WWII security measure. When the war ended, instead of being repealed, in 1946 it evolved into what we now call Green Cards.
In effect, we had completely open borders and the country thrived. In fact, during the decades we now call the Gilded Age—the high-growth period that Donald Trump claims he wants to emulate—our borders were wide open. The reason this worked so well is that we had no welfare state. People came to America for freedom and opportunity only. They came to contribute to our economy, not live off it. They did not drain our resources; they added to them.
The lesson is that immigration is not the problem. The problem is the welfare state. Shut off that magnet and America will no longer attract people looking for free stuff. In fact, we need to turn off that magnet for everyone, so those who are looking for free stuff will leave to seek it out someplace else.
The Clarity Act has a Republican problem, thanks to weeks of fierce lobbying from an army of small, state-based banks.
I asked Sen. Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) what made bankers’ appeal so strong. “They know us,” Rounds said. “Each of us knows those people personally.”
Afortunadamente no coló. Son delincuentes, no jugadores de fútbol.
This should be on the front page of every newspaper in America.
A Syrian billionaire needed U.S. sanctions lifted so he could cash in on $12 billion in reconstruction contracts.
In an attempt to influence American foreign policy, he proposed a Trump-branded golf course, cut Jared Kushner & Ivanka Trump into a multibillion-dollar real estate deal for a resort in Albania, and had someone physically deliver a stone engraved with the Trump family crest to a Republican Member of Congress with instructions to take it to the White House to get the President's attention.
Trump threw his weight behind repealing the sanctions. They were lifted. The contracts are moving, the Trump family’s deals are expanding, and not a single Washington Republican is willing to say a word about any of it.
This is a corruption of everything the office of the presidency is supposed to stand for, and the American people deserve to know about it.

Remember when @erictrump started deleting crypto tweets on $WLFI, this runs much deeper…
During the @worldlibertyfi presale:
- all the Trump family members were Co-founders
After the presale:
- their positions were adjusted to Web3 Ambassadors
Now after their latest borrowing scam:
- the entire team member page has been removed
https://t.co/DbkMwcFOCV
It is now just small print text at the bottom of the page stating it says that Donald Trump and his family are not directly involved in management.
Trump family after cashing in are now trying to distance themselves from this scam.
They forget ct keeps receipts & also deleting from homepage is permanently preserved in the SEC filing documents ;)
$WLFI & $ASTER exit scams to zero

@CoinbaseSupport Big COIN fan here and think company is doing great. There's many tweets as below about headline numbers. But when COIN beat earning by a lot (Q4-2024), everyone thought it's because of crypto's gain. COIN is not good at showing its real potential. https://t.co/F0qgX3rs70
BREAKING: Coinbase, $COIN, unexpectedly reports a large quarterly loss, posting quarterly EPS of -$2.49 compared to expectations of $0.96.
The company posted a net loss of -$667 million last quarter.
CHINESE PEOPLE ARE DMING ME THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY MASS REPORTED CZ TO CHINESE AUTHORITIES AND GOT CZ BLACKLISTED FROM CHINA
NOW WE NEED TO DO THE SAME THING IN AMERICA!!!!!
Thomas Massie:
"Kash Patel's FBI is threatening Thomas Massie’s staff with criminal investigations if they continue speaking up about Israel and the Epstein files."
@maxbranzburg The lending reward token Morpho should suggest $0 cost basis (in Taxes - Activity) instead of current price. Otherwise, most people will report incorrect tax when they sell token
@Architect9000 $COIN's profit/loss from crypto purchase made its earning volatile and hard to understand. While Robinhood spent its money on buyback, and acquire user from other brokerage to show consistent growth which Wall Street and retails love. $COIN still trade around IPO 4.5 years ago 🙄
@ZachLight16 Ppl forgot when $HOOD delisted Solana and sold user's coin near bottom while $COIN fought back against SEC. Now Vlad introduced some vaporware tokenized stock in Europe that can't withdraw onchain to impress idiots. Also $HOOD owns 0 ETH 😄
The double standards in this industry are honestly ridiculous.
Countless examples of founders (especially L1 founders) essentially exit scamming their own projects after making 9-10 figures by producing absolutely nothing of value.
These people are supported by the largest VCs and other influential people in this industry and it's just all part of the giant grift game of extracting as much money from uninformed investors as possible.
Most of the influential people in the industry won't call this out because they're either directly involved in it or don't want to burn bridges/their reputation out of fear of getting locked out of future opportunities.
Instead, these same people will hyper-fixate on useless stuff like the EF selling tiny amounts of ETH or Vitalik "not doing enough for Ethereum" or the ETH maxis being "too toxic" because somehow it's socially acceptable to shame those who don't grift or exit scam and instead have very long-term time horizons.
It's just all incredibly disappointing and demotivating for genuine people and while the effect may not be obvious on the surface, it does degrade and erode the value of this industry over time.
@ZaStocks $HOOD spread on crypto is terrible, Coinbase advanced is much better for retail. Coinbase has stronger balance sheet, also own big bag of BTC, ETH while Robinhood owns 0.
This is a remarkable claim given what I have heard alleged that Elon does to manipulate X to benefit himself and his own companies and harm his competitors and people he doesn't like.
