@ncbja I've been a customer for 22 years & a credit card holder for 12 years. I stayed with you even through the system change headaches and trials. It simply can't keep taking me 3+ months to change an address which your system keeps forgetting in 2022! This is frustrating!!!
@ncbja ..done in 3 business days. 13 days later, I've not received a call back. I called today, only to be told by the rep that the card was destroyed on Feb 7th and I now need to request that the card be reissued. Every time I speak with someone, I get contradictory information...
