A brief, deep chuckle as crimson hues met her gaze. Searching. Observing. His feelings on edge.

“The things that bother me right now aren't physical enough to be clobbered, Harley. Unless you have a sledgehammer capable of destroying capitalism and bigotry?”
Who do I gotta clobber? Say the word and I’m bringin’ tea in one hand and my mallet in the other. Oh, and don’t get all smoky and demonic yet, save that for your poetry slam.

The corner of her lips lifted in a brief smile, as if making light of the issue made the weight a little easier to carry.
