SpaceX was supposed to be America’s sacred crown jewel.

The symbol of American innovation.
The proof that only the U.S. could define the future of reusable rockets.
The technological altar where Silicon Valley, Wall Street, and Washington all worshipped together.

And now China has successfully completed its first controlled recovery of an orbital-class rocket booster with the Long March 10B.

Not by copying the American landing-pad model.
Not by repeating SpaceX’s path.

China used a sea-based net-capture system — a different technical route, a Chinese solution, built for its own launch architecture.

That is why this matters.

China is not just entering reusable rocketry.
China is entering it with its own method.

For years, the West comforted itself with one myth:
China can manufacture, but America still owns the frontier.

EVs broke that myth.
Solar broke that myth.
Shipbuilding broke that myth.
AI began breaking that myth.

Now reusable rockets are breaking it too.

SpaceX may still ahead.
But the crown is no longer untouchable.

China did not need permission to reach orbit.
China did not need applause to recover the booster.

It just built, tested, failed, learned, and came back.

Again.

The current democracy is also failing. Consider the pathetic state of those living in democratic countries. They have the freedom of speech, but do those in power care? No, they only care about amassing more wealth for themselves or a select group while the poverty rate continues to rise. A new system must be adopted.
