They were a member of the United Nations for years unbeknown to their members, left quickly after being exposed & then lied about why they were members. Shocking.

On other DD forms I have seen, there is a bank originator ID. Since I don’t have an account with you, I cannot check any paperwork, and apparently, neither can your staff!

@BritishGasHelp @Barclays said that it should appear next to the debit listed on my bank statement. Mine has the account numbers of the fraudsters and no originator ID. They said it is a 6 digit code.

And @Barclays can apparently send money out when I have not signed for it and then cannot do anything without this ID 🤷‍♀️🤷🏼‍♂️

Someone fraudulently gave my bank account details to fund homecare accounts. You acknowledge these are not my charges but you will not refund my money. My bank can’t do anything without your originator ID. But you cannot give me your originator ID. Stuck.

3/4 of your staff have no idea what an originator ID is. The rest know what one is but cannot give me the number. I suggested it might be on the DD form that customers have to fill in but your staff said they had no access to those forms to check 😡.
