2016 में भी बोनस की गणना की सीलिंग ₹7,000 थी और 2026 में भी ₹7,000 ही है! नतीजा, केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को इस बार भी अधिकतम ₹6,908 का ही बोनस मिलेगा।

🤔 क्या 2016 और 2026 की महंगाई एक जैसी है? पिछले 10 वर्षों में राशन, बच्चों की पढ़ाई, दवाइयों और घर चलाने का खर्च काफी बढ़ गया, लेकिन बोनस की सीलिंग नहीं बदली।

कर्मचारी संगठनों ने ₹7,000 की सीमा बढ़ाकर ₹21,000 करने की मांग की, लेकिन इस बार भी मांग पूरी नहीं हुई।
