@saylor BIP-110 is a great idea:
Bitcoin remains decentralized only while ordinary people can afford to verify it.
Turning every node into a permanent data-storage service privatizes the benefit and socializes the cost.
Use Bitcoin for money. Keep the trash elsewhere.
@AdamSimecka It seems even the chatbots understand the asymmetry of BIP-110:
“This triggers a process called a blockchain reorganization, which wipes out the non-upgraded chain and merges the network back onto a single, unified chain running the BIP-110 rules.”

@AdamSimecka From Revolut chat 2/2:
According to Bitcoin consensus rules, all nodes must follow the longest valid chain. As a result, the non-upgraded nodes will automatically switch to the longer, upgraded chain.
@AdamSimecka From Revolut chat 1/2:
Because a soft fork is backward-compatible, the blocks created by the upgraded miners are still seen as valid by the old, non-upgraded nodes. Once the upgraded miners have the majority of the hash power, they will produce the longest chain of blocks.
When you look into https://t.co/vAyk3fWnIZ, you will notice that 99% of the anti-bip110 side are "crypto" bros.
100% of the pro-bip110 side are bitcoiners.
@saylor It's odd that you weren't willing to speak out when Core uncapped datacarriersize and refused to fix the inscriptions exploit, and now you're saying that the network's immune system reaction is the actual problem
@saylor What do you want @saylor?
Option 1: Run Bitcoin Knots with BIP-110 and keep Bitcoin working as Hard Money.
Option 2: Run Bitcoin Core 30+ and make Bitcoin a Shitcoin.
@Cole_Walmsley@saylor is having a reality check with AI.
There's at least two possibilities:
A) Strategy get smoked
B) They survive another bear market
C) ?
