Today in Burera district, RDF Defence Spokesperson, Brig Gen Ronald Rwivanga joined the University of Global Health Equity @ughe_org community to commemorate the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi #Kwibuka31. He took part in laying the foundation stone of one of two houses to be donated to vulnerable survivors by the campus.

In his remarks, Brig Gen Rwivanga highlighted the ten stages of genocide, a framework that demonstrates how genocide is systematically planned and executed and emphasised that the youth possess the extraordinary ability to challenge Genocide denial and preserve historical truth.
