@TNLUK Sorry it was not resolved before 19.30, couldn’t purchase a ticket even when money was in my account!! 1st error was it wouldn’t deposit and then after this was fixed, there was an error msg saying unable to purchase! Then it timed out missing the draw, couldn’t purchase /depost

@SF_England I am aware of that, but doesn’t answer the question regarding the significant issues with your website, the deadline and the guarantee of funding being in place etc.
@SF_England I know you can take applications, but you won’t guarantee funding before the start of term beyond today? Which is unfair considering your website had multiple issues last night and obviously the API with the passport service!!
@SF_England What’s the point in having a deadline if your website can’t deal with the volume of traffic?? There were multiple errors, multiple login and passport details must have been added over 20 times!!
Used chrome and safari, cleared cookies and yes 🍎 phones and several macs!
@SF_England No had to give up yesterday, was online for about 3 hrs with system crashing! I hope you are going to extend deadline!! Daughter is actually sitting A-Levels today so didn’t want to increase the stress
