Today engineer visited and just checked the TDS and closed the case without any acknowledgement and satisfactory code validation. Is the way to attend the case and service of kent RO?
Sir, A call received from engineer with details. +91 85079 53783 name - Sura Singh(Eurocare Enterprises) and +91 70042 93633 They told me that regular servicing only meant for only TDS to be fixed nothing else. @KentROSystems is it ? They called and used continuous abusive word and i have the recording which can neither be shared nor be heard. They keep telling us that you did not buy the company by paying the money of 10k for RO. Till now the case is not resolved and kept awaiting

Additionally, the distributor appears to be creating a monopoly by controlling deliveries and selectively prioritizing customers for reasons unknown. There is also a strong suspicion of cylinders being sold in the black market, as genuine customers are told โno stockโ or are forced to wait unnecessarily while cylinders are being diverted elsewhere. @HPCL@PetroleumMin requesting for swift and strict action
