@defense_diaries @TamitateinOk From what I recall I thought the note they received said “doubt” not “reasonable doubt”. Jury instructions say it is not beyond “all doubt”. How do we know that juror was not following the law?

@defense_diaries Just because she was seeking help and did all she can to get it, doesn’t give her a pass for killing 3 children. Just like she called doctors, a restaurant, cvs, answered her husband’s phone call, she could have called 911 saying she was in crisis.

She tries to come across as if she is the most sought after defense attorney. She only comes across as most unorganized, least likable attorney I’ve ever watched. She will spin all her errors in the judge or prosecutors. Brutal during KR case

They both have completely different stories though for them both to be true. He’s saying she pointed the gun at him with 2 hands in front of her. She saying gun was to her heard before he even saw her. Both not true
