@virginmedia I’ve tried in the MyVirginMedia app as well as the Firefox and Brave browser. Have also checked Spam and haven’t received anything despite resetting a couple times in the last 24 hours

@virginmedia I’ve been trying to log in to my virgin media account since November but I don’t know my password. When I try and reset my password it takes hours to receive an email. By the time I get around to clicking the link the password reset link has expired
