@dchung615 I found with 3 Noctua’s (set to full) and only the standard heatsink, with this 3 fan backplate that it isles nicely around 56C. Can adjust the fans up faster if needed but normally leave it on medium and it’s cool enough.

@lamw @paulbraren @trodemaster @IntelStorage It’s just a lab, so I’m not too worried about data loss. My goal is to rebuild it from bare metal and defaults periodically and I’m working towards a fully automated system to do so.

@lamw @paulbraren @trodemaster @IntelStorage I use the 58GB 800p for cache drives in my 4 node vsan cluster (https://t.co/XtqIyf3aEL) and it performs exceptionally well, the bottleneck on a hcibench is CPU. Paired with a 1TB 970 evo.
