@BestBuy @BestBuySupport I noticed AYANEO devices with AYASpace (sold at Best Buy) may send users’ SteamID without consent and redistribute Microsoft software. Can you review and advise affected customers?

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@Indiegogo Is Indiegogo aware that a product you are hosting (AYANEO) may transmit users’ SteamID externally and redistribute Microsoft apps without authorization?

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@AYANEO__
Could you clarify your licensing arrangement regarding the inclusion of Microsoft apps in AYASpace? Thank you.

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

Sharing a screenshot of the AYASpace directory contents along with part of my chat with Microsoft. According to Microsoft, apps like Xbox Game Bar can only be preinstalled by OEMs or distributed under a formal agreement. AYANEO is not listed as an official partner.

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@MicrosoftHelps I noticed that AYASpace, distributed by AYANEO, installs Microsoft Xbox Gaming Overlay via a bundled AppxBundle. Could you please clarify if such redistribution complies with Microsoft’s licensing policy?

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@AYANEO__
Could you clarify whether this behavior is expected?

@CDPROJEKTRED Wouldn't it be better to stop developing The Witcher 4 with Unreal engine 5 right now? Too many games are suffering because of it.

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@DyingLightGame Shouldn't there be a discount for owners of previous games?

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@WhiteHouse Invest in America and get arrested! It's an experience you won't find anywhere else.

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@WhiteHouse Trump blamed China for COVID-19, but he never took any real action. How could he be so ruthless toward South Korea? Can this really be called an alliance?

Even Hitler didn’t treat his allies like this. What exactly is ruling America right now?

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@DuvalMagic Have GPU makers or game engine companies ever purposely made a game run worse just to justify higher system requirements, in exchange for some kind of compensation?

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@WhiteHouse Trump says he is working for American job creation, but he doesn't actually follow through, because once a lure has been used, it can’t be used again, so he wants to keep it unused

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@SpaceMarine The game lacks content and is poorly optimized. The optimization is lacking compared to the graphics level. Please pay more attention to optimization.

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@realDonaldTrump Refocusing on the Fukushima nuclear disaster exposes how Japan’s food and resources have been contaminated. Because of this, not only American rice but even the air could be sold, given how unsafe everything else has become.

[Nightmare @of_nightbringer]

@BunnyAyu Hi! You bring me so much comfort~
