Krispy kreme was my first job and I can 100% confirm this, I used to have to spend half my shift sometimes throwing away donuts shit is such a waste, thats why I used to give away dozens for $1 when anyone was nice lol

This is also true af in the islands, i didnt lose weight but every time I go to Tonga I eat 3 big meals daily and come home soooo much less bloated. Side note the humidity also gets ur skin n hair healthy af!

I used to think the social media videos I saw about the food in other countries were BS, until I went to Italy for a week.
