@SimonCalder Please help or advise Crystals changed our departure airport from Toulouse to Barcelona due to landslide. On arrival at airport, Departure was delayed over 4 1/2 hrs TUI say there is no grounds for compensation as delay was due to landslide! But delay was at airport
