🟠 BREAKING: CHILD RAPIST SUES VICTORIAN LABOR OVER CONDITIONS IN THE WOMEN'S PRISON LABOR PUT HIM IN 🟠

A man convicted of raping his own 5-year-old daughter, filming the abuse and sending the footage to a US paedophile is now suing the Victorian Labor government over conditions in the women's prison Labor placed him in.

WHAT HE DID
Anonymised by the court as Hilary Maloney, the offender pleaded guilty in 2024 to three charges:

Persistent sexual abuse of a child under 16 (Victorian, max 25 years, standard sentence 10 years)
Producing child abuse material via a carriage service (Commonwealth)
Transmitting child abuse material via a carriage service (Commonwealth)

He offended on at least 19 occasions over 33 days in May and June 2023. The victim was his own 5-year-old daughter. He lived in the same home as her and her mother. He produced 77 files. He sent them to Samuel Booth, a US paedophile he met online in a self-described master and slave dynamic.

THE SENTENCE
County Court Judge Nola Karapanagiotidis sentenced Maloney to 4 years 9 months. Non parole: 2 years 6 months. The standard sentence for the state offence alone is 10 years.

The judge accepted gender dysphoria reduced Maloney's moral culpability. She accepted online manipulation by Booth reduced it further. She said Maloney was "highly unlikely" to reoffend unless coerced again.

THE WOMEN'S PRISON
Maloney was placed in Dame Phyllis Frost Centre under a Victorian Labor policy that imprisons offenders by gender identity, not sex. The same policy was in place in 2022 when a female prisoner was sexually assaulted by a trans identifying male murderer in another Victorian women's prison. The Allan government settled the victim's claim in secret.

THE LAWSUIT
Maloney is now suing the Victorian Government over treatment in custody, including 13 months in solitary confinement. The taxpayer pays the damages either way.

THE FEDERAL FIX
The Coalition's Crimes Amendment (Mandatory Minimum Sentences for Child Sexual Abuse) Bill 2025 would impose a 5-year mandatory minimum on serious federal child sex offences. Albanese Labor has blocked it twice.

Maloney is eligible for parole in 2027. His daughter will be 9.

Visualize your goal clearly, but don’t be attached to the outcome. Believe it’s already yours, but don’t force it because that sends a frequency of lack, since wanting it means you don’t have it, which apparently the universe can tell. Take inspired action, but not too much action because thats chasing. Chasing is the opposite of receiving. You need to be open to receiving, but for that you have to regulate your nervous system first, cause that inner child governs everything. Think positive thoughts, but don’t suppress your negative emotions cause that’s spiritual bypassing, you have to sit with the hard feelings, but not too long because that’ll lower your vibration since you attract what you are, not what you want. Your thoughts are cosmic instructions and the universe responds to your vibration, not your words, it doesn’t speak English, it speaks frequency which makes it very hard to spell check. Be detached but also be open intentionally. Be present, but at the same time already living in your future self’s body, and if you’re doing it right should feel effortless, and if it doesn’t feel effortless, that’s resistance, which means your subconscious is blocking you, which it probably is. Just surrender completely while taking aligned action daily, and if all else fails it’s probably because of your gut health.
