The occasional bad call is part of any sport with a ref. If we open all of that up to post-mortem challenges, we can stop playing and enjoying sports altogether.

The model is their only way to afford and retain some more mature players of high quality. At this they have to get better if they want to really compete with Bayern & certain European clubs.
