@PremPropLawyers Due to complete 12/11/21 (2nd completion date) I chased my lender for information myself last week - told PPL now have everything they need to complete but no communication from my conveyancer & no urgency!! No consideration for customers well-being🤬

@arbitrarygenius @raachharrison @PremPropLawyers @CLConveyancers I went with @PurplebricksUK recommendation!! I regret it so much!! My solicitor fees came to £1.7k and I got a quote from another conveyancing company and I got a quote for £1.3k @PremPropLawyers

And to put the cherry on top, my solicitor called me yesterday to say she’s leaving the company and someone else will handle my case @PremPropLawyers no one has called me to update!!!
