@officialaj97 @PremPropLawyers I think it depends how good your conveyancer is tbh! Keep calling and being reasonable and hopefully they’ll crack on. Also make sure there’s nothing outstanding from the other side, you can speak to their estate agent. I’ve been chasing things both ends throughout!
