@facebook I was locked out of my fb account and I’ve been trying to gain access to no avail. Every time I use the chat option I’m told to make a video with the code handwritten, and nothing is done after I send the video. This is 2024 and it still takes Fb forever to help you
@Avis And I have called this center for the past 1 week, not for once did they pick their call and to make matters worse the last Avis rep who spoke with me on the phone was outrightly rude
@Avis No case number was provided, she said I would receive it by email, instead the email I got was to confirm my rental location. And this center in Little Rock Arkansas is not participating in lost and found
@Avis this has to be the worst customer service ever and this is why my company is trying to remove Avis from our preferred rental. I left my work phone in a rental for over a week now I’ve been calling Avis at Little Rock Airport AR, they have not picked neither returned my call
@united I even had to fight to get just a night. This is really poor customer service. This was an opportunity for United to do the right thing, it’s shameful to say the least
@united This lady was literally crying, I have seen other airlines offer travel vouchers and hotel for travelers to give up their seat in this kind of condition. It is tasteless that United is offering just one night when there is no flight from Midland TX till Saturday
@united I don’t want to assume this is how you treat your loyal customers. I gave up my seat for a lady who had to attend her sister’s wedding, because she was crying, No compensation was offered to me and United did no want to provide hotel for 2 nights
@united I flew from Midland to Houston on Sunday, the AC of the flight didn’t work, the flight already had issues before takeoff, with the temp in Tx, it was horrible and someone could’ve died on that plane from heatstroke, till this moment no message from United #bad
