Lebanon’s new president, Joseph Aoun, a Maronite Christian, says, “The era of Hezbollah is over.”
The Lebanese people have suffered long enough under this terrorist group. I hope this will lead to a real change in Lebanon.
Official Press Release From National Democratic Alliance of Armenia
On Thursday, January 9, 2025, the visiting delegation of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) continued its meetings with Congressional leaders in Washington. The delegation met with a number of Republican and Democratic Senate offices and a Congressional Republican member of the Foreign Affairs Committee.
As in the previous two days, the discussions focused on both external and internal threats for Armenia and ways that NDA's friends in Washington can help contain those threats. Amb. Papian and Dr. Gasparian expressed NDA's readiness to work with members of the new foreign policy team on Eastern Europe and the Middle East, soon to be appointed by President-elect Trump, especially the new US Ambassador to Armenia.
At the end of a long and productive day, the legeration also met with the Chairman of Moran Global Strategies, former Congressman Jim Moran (D-VA), who along with Elias Gerasoulis, represent NDA in Washington. The NDA leaders expressed their gratitude to Congressman Moran and his team for representing NDA and Armenia zealously and discussed plans for expanding NDA's outreach with the incoming administration and the new Congress.

Glad to be with Dr. Vahe Gasparyan @vahegasparyan world renown heart surgeon and senior leader of the National Democratic Alliance of Armenia @NatDemAlliance, one of my lobbying clients and Armenia's largest pro-Western political party.
Honored to bring Dr. Gasparyan to Washington DC for his very first visit to Capitol Hill, to meet with senior leaders in Congress and the United States government.
Greetings, I have been given many different Biafran names by my Biafran friends, as well as a few chieftaincy title offers. It has been hard to keep track. If you have a Biafran name or title for me, please list below (along with an English translation), for my consideration.
A nice poster of me from my Armenian lobbying client @NatDemAlliance (National Democratic Alliance), Armenia's largest pro-Western political party. This quote is from a speech I made, which, translated to English, means National Democratic Alliance is making great strides in Washington, DC and is being recognized.
Senior leaders of my lobbying client @NatDemAlliance, Armenia's largest pro-Western political party, will be in Los Angeles January 3rd, 2025. This will be a great opportunity to meet them, if you live in the area.
I am grateful for senior CATO Institute fellow and good friend Doug Bandow @Doug_Bandow, one of the eminent Washington DC foreign policy leaders, traveling to Lahti, Finland to speak at the Biafra convention.
Biafrans, please follow @Doug_Bandow on Twitter.
Another tragedy in Nigeria highlights just how desperately poor most people are. Dozens of children died in Ibadan at an event offering to hand out Naira 5,000 notes ($3.20) to children, with thousands gathering and creating a rush. Need wise leadership!

Something Ive been hoping for since my first tour in West Africa - an actual multi-lane highway linking Lagos with Abidjan with easy border crossings. I hope it's realized - of course the folks in uniform will have to stop stopping traffic for bribes!

Congratulations to Congressman Brian Mast (@RepBrianMast) for becoming the next Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. I look forward to working with him and his office on critical international issues.
P.C.: Photo of Congressman Mast with Col. Jirayr Sefilian, senior leader of the National Democratic Alliance of Armenia, my client and Armenia 's largest pro-Western political party (@NatDemAlliance).
So @amnesty says Nigerian police killed at least 24 demonstrators protesting exploding prices in August. Those brutal tactics remind me of the Abacha days when I served there as Deputy US Ambo. The nation is definitely going backwards!

With Permissions from Ekpa & Co Oy. Finland, I hereby post this to the entire Biafra people, this was a visit to our Prime Minister’s Legal Chambers in Finland with our Minister of Finance & others. These visits was to see our prime minister’s Attorney & know certain things. Those that are changing the structures of prime minister were not allowed into this office because their hands are stained.
PM is fine & will join us soon but he’s disappointed at many of you now.
