You guys… I seriously cannot make this up OMG!!!!! I told my uber driver I was in Vegas for Michael, and she goes “oh I used to be Rick James’s personal assistant” and then she starts telling me how Rick took her to Hayvenhurst, how she met Mike and Katherine, and how Mike hugged her when she introduced herself. She had gone to shake his hand but he immediately pulled her in for a hug 🥹 my baby!!!

Then she told me about meeting the rest of the family, including how Jermaine was flirting with her (to the surprise of absolutely no one), then she showed me all the photos she had with them… and THEN she showed me that she still has Mike’s contact saved in her phone. Like… YOU GUYS WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!

I highly recommend having hobbies cause it distracts you from falling in love unnecessarily, and I have an explanation. An ideal mind always mistakes loneliness with love, but busy minds have standards, because when most of your days are filled with things like lifting, creating, reading, learning things like that, you stop chasing people for excitement, because we have a really bad habit of romanticizing every bit of attention that we get. Even if it was not not directed at us with the same intensity of intention, most of the time you are simply wanting something to do.Instead of the feel that you're confusing with wanting.And I strongly believe that best relationships are built when two complete lives meet instead of two bored people who try to become each other's hobby, the interdependence in that situation would create the pressure which finally would become the reason for the eventual breakdown.
