With a 34 Evolut landed high a
29 Sapien was placed low to seal a leak. 7 years later the severe central Al of the Sapien.

Dr. Barrow and Dr. Pop took advantage of the narrow Evolut frame and landed a 26 mm S3 higher. Valve was post dilated with a 26 mm True balloon which yielded good expansion and eliminated the leak.
