Good conversation with my counterpart from Nigeria, Ambassador Ibrahim Jimoh. Glad we're finding common ground on how we will Make the UN Great Again! Looking forward to building on this partnership as we head into UNGA81. #MUNGA
The buyers should be arrested and executed immediately
You see rail lines, they don't buy it in the iron condemn market and because of that, nobody care about removing it from the rail tracks.
If the same law can be applied on the grid lines it will help to curb the stealing and vandalization.
I recently wrote an article for @MobilePunch addressing pressing concerns surrounding the Nigerian Embassy in the UK @Nigerialondon and the urgent need for improved engagement with Nigerians in the United Kingdom.
In the article, I highlighted four critical areas that require immediate attention:
First, the need for a functional and accessible contact phone number. Many Nigerians in the UK struggle to reach the Embassy for inquiries and support, which creates unnecessary frustration and delays in resolving important matters.
Second, the importance of timely responses to emails. Effective communication is essential, and the current delays or lack of responses undermine confidence in the Embassy’s ability to serve its citizens.
Third, I called for the organization of an urgent town hall meeting between Embassy officials and Nigerians in the UK. This will provide a platform for open dialogue, allowing concerns to be heard and addressed directly.
Finally, I emphasized the need for a structured welfare package to support Nigerians in the UK, particularly those facing financial hardship or other vulnerabilities. The Embassy has a responsibility to ensure the well-being of its citizens abroad.
These steps are necessary to rebuild trust, improve service delivery, and strengthen the relationship between the Nigerian Embassy in the UK and the Nigerian community it serves.
@OlayinkaLere Same abokis are Bandits, Kidnappers, Islamist Jihadist and also breaking bridges that can cause serious accident for motorists. What’s happening to this people ???
@arojinle1 That’s wickedness, there is nothing wrong in eating if it’s been offered, average Nigerians especially the so called rich are naturally wicked.
Instead of investing massively in education, you're using govt’s money to send terrorists on Hajj. You sent a whopping ten terrorists on Hajj, the same terrorists who have been killing your people day and night.
Bro, Northern leaders are wicked and very callous.
@Omojuwa@Smiling_Abbey He promised to spend 4 years, then you said a power plant takes at least 3 years to construct, and you are saying you will generate and transmit 10,000 MW within 4 years. This man is something else.
@arojinle1 The problem is that our politicians don’t care about average Nigerians, they rather siphon the money, also majority of the citizens are hypocrites, we all focus on president while leaving the states Government, Governments at all level must be functioning.
