I think many European audiences are fully missing the fact that Digger is taking hard shots at them too for using the American government (Or America generally) as an easy scapegoat for their own culpability in a world barrelling towards destruction

30 minutes in there’s an insane plot twist that recontextualizes the entire film, then another one about 90 minutes in, followed by another one right after. Fully understand why this is so divisive. They engineered this in a lab for me.
