Why should I have to pay the full amount for a car I’ve not had use of, is broken in many parts and has been left with scratches, a vibrating gearstick and broken wing mirrors! Appalling service.

Imagine @ArnoldClark having your car on and off for over a year with ongoing warranty work, that still isn’t fixed, then refusing point blank to carry out scratch repairs to paintwork that they have caused?! Clear lack of customer service! Very poor. @Mazda_UK @motonovofinance
