The Supreme Court ALLEGEDLY violated Article III of the Constitution by deciding a case based on hypotheticals and a fabricated name. This goes against the principle that the Court's jurisdiction is limited to actual cases and controversies.

The Supreme Court's authority is confined to resolving real and specific legal disputes. Article III of the U.S. Constitution establishes the judicial power of federal courts, emphasizing the need for actual cases and controversies. The Court does not issue advisory opinions or decide hypothetical or abstract legal questions. The requirement of a genuine case or controversy ensures that the Court's decisions have a practical impact on the rights and interests of the involved parties, allowing for concrete resolution of legal disputes.

THE ISSUE AT HAND:

Stewart, a web designer based in Portland, Oregon, was surprised to receive a text from a reporter informing him that a request he supposedly made in 2016 was now part of a case before the U.S. Supreme Court. The request involved hiring a Colorado artist to create designs and possibly a website for his same-sex wedding. However, Stewart, who has been married to a woman for 15 years, is not gay. He is an advocate for LGBTQ rights and found it frustrating to see his name being used in this context.

CONTEXT:

The Supreme Court recently ruled 6-to-3 in favor of a Christian graphic artist, Lorie Smith, who argued that her freedom of speech allowed her to refuse designing wedding websites for same-sex couples. Smith's case was initially filed in 2016 in a Colorado district court, where she claimed that the state's anti-discrimination law violated her rights by prohibiting her from stating on her company's webpage that she would not create wedding websites for gay couples.

In the court documents, Smith's lawyers referred to a query they attributed to an individual named Stewart, matching the contact information of the person interviewed by The Washington Post. The message supposedly requested Smith's services for Stewart's upcoming wedding to someone named "Mike." The inclusion of this message played a role in the case's proceedings.

That is the definition of "NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW." So yes, if you break the law, they will hold you accountable, as they should.

More importantly, why should we be worried? We didn't do any of this; he did:

Moving on to the next point, we want to emphasize that we did not pay $130,000 in hush money for any kind of immoral activity.
It is crucial that we understand that we did not incite an insurrection based on falsehoods, even when we knew we had lost. Additionally, we did not take $250 million that was meant for those we care for and use it for our personal expenses. It's important to note that we did not engage in any tax fraud or financial crimes.

When it comes to the various scandals surrounding Trump, there are numerous examples of corruption and misconduct, none of which we committed.

For instance, there's Trump University, which was a fraudulent business operation that he ran and was later sued by the New York Attorney General. The Trump Foundation was also found to be engaging in illegal activities, including using funds intended for charitable purposes for personal gain. Trump SoHo has been accused of violating tax breaks, and the case is still ongoing.

Furthermore, Trump's borrowing of billions of dollars from Deutsche Bank, a bank that has been fined for money laundering, raises concerns about possible ties to Russia. It's unacceptable that he took a quarter of a billion dollars from his supporters to fund his personal legal expenses. It's also shameful as a leader that he failed to pardon or help those who engaged in illegal activities on his behalf.

His son-in-law's acceptance of $2 billion from a foreign government is deeply concerning, as is Don Jr.'s collusion with a Russian spy to obtain information on Clinton. Trump's relationship with Russia has been problematic, including his willingness to believe Putin over our own intelligence agencies. There have been numerous criminal charges and indictments stemming from the Russia investigation, and even his campaign manager was convicted and later pardoned by him.

In conclusion, it's clear that Trump engaged in various forms of corruption and misconduct. As a society, we cannot turn a blind eye to such behavior. It's time for him to be held accountable for his actions. Again, NO ONE SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW! So sit down.
