"Just because you are good enough to be in the NBA doesn't mean you're supposed to be (there). It's a lot of people that are not in the NBA that probably could be, but certain things don't work out."
-- Mike James, the Euroleague all-time leading scorer
It’s great to hear a national analyst like @BenjaminSolak highlight that CJ Stroud turning the ball over in the post season hasn’t been a pervasive issue.
“The playoff turnover thing drives me crazy. He’s been in the playoffs 3 times in 3 years. He’s been fine the first 2 years.”
He also notes “if you’re a young quarterback who’s been to the playoffs consistently, you’re gunna get a big contract. The guys who didn’t— Trevor Lawrence, Tua— still got these deals because it’s so easy to argue yourself up to that level as a qb.”

George Kittle on his “Welcome to the NFL” moment:
“We’re at this bar, having a good time. I go to the bathroom… So I’m peeing in the toilet in the stall and there’s another rookie in there in the other stall and I hear the door get kicked open. Joe Staley goes 'One of you guys gotta move. I gotta go!'. He literally just takes the door off of my stall and he goes 'Kittle, get out or move over', and I said 'I’ll move over Mr. Joe Staley'.”

Great story. Whenever JJ was doing the pod, Quentin Grimes randomly dm'd him to see if he'd workout w him. So Q traveled out to the Hamptons and stayed in JJ's guest house to make it happen.
Here's how Day 26 got played.
Day 26 says signing with Bad Boy Records turned out to be one of the worst financial decisions of their careers.
During an interview with VladTV, the former Bad Boy artists reflected on their time on Making the Band and claimed they were pressured into signing recording contracts without being allowed to consult an attorney.
According to the group, they were pressured to either sign the contracts on the spot - or Diddy would find other artists who would be more than happy to sign a record deal.
The members ultimately signed.
Years later, they say they realized just how unfavorable the contracts were.
Brian Angel even claimed that despite Day 26 selling more than one million copies of their debut album, the group "probably made like $15" from record sales. While he was clearly emphasizing how little they received, the group says the real money came from touring—not album sales.
Their story has reignited the conversation about record deals, artist royalties, and why so many musicians have warned young artists to have an entertainment lawyer review every contract before signing.
What do you think—do you blame Diddy for giving them the bad deal or do you blame them for signing it without consulting with a lawyer. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Stephen A. Smith says where the hell the Los Angeles Lakers think they going with a bunch of white dudes:
“SOMEBODY HAD TO SAY IT. SO I’m saying it. Your three TOP PLAYERS ARE WHITE DUDES. REALLY? This ain’t golf. This ain’t baseball. Hell, it ain’t even soccer. And we got a whole bunch of brothers ON TEAM USA. WHAT Y’ALL THINK THIS IS? IT’S BASKETBALL.”

BREAKING: Two people have climbed to the top of the Empire State Building in New York City, holding a banner from the skyscraper's antenna reading, "When the power of love beats the love of power, the world knows peace."
As of now it's unclear how the pair reached the top of the building as police work to get them down from the spire, 1,454 feet above the ground.
