I'm no longer a CTO 🔥 Meet @paralect CTO — Vladimir @that_robert_ 🔥 I work closely with Vladimir for the last 5+ years and can say for sure — the technology and innovation in Paralect are under control! Here are few facts about Vladimir: • Vladimir joined Paralect 8 years ago as a beginner developer but quickly grew to the lead position • He studied microcontroller programming so that's where he probably became so nerdy and curious about cutting-edge technologies and communities (ML/AI/No-Code) • He's been pushing mentorship and education from the first days in Paralect. He did workshops, published articles, run dev and PM courses, managed @ogstartupsummer and much more • Vladimir grew and led one of the biggest Paralect client products where he lived through multiple downs but staid strong • Vladimir builds amazing teams! He connects, motivates and leads people through the tough times with the smile and passion • Vladimir left Paralect few years ago. He led team of 80+ engineers on the billion $ products. I'm happy that he returned back! • He built R&D department in Paralect to launch projects super effectively and fast with small resources -- I'm happy that Vladimir is CTO now and I'm sure that we'll see lots of bold decisions and innovation soon!
