VideoAsk is now able to process (transcode) video/audio through AWS, although high volume customers may experience some level of throttling. As for new answers and replies, this seems to be operating normally, however, we will continue monitoring closely.
The effect is that you won't see any new video responses in your dashboards ATM or receive video responses via webhooks/API.
We have all the raw videos, so once AWS fix the issue we will look to reprocess them.

Due to an outage on Amazon AWS, VideoAsk's ability to process video responses is temporarily down. We apologize for any inconvenience and will keep you updated here.
