INDUSTRY UPDATE 🚨

I reached out directly to the CEO of @Pipstonecapital regarding a few payout rejection cases raised by traders.

The good part? @AirRaja personally stepped in and said he will review the cases carefully and resolve them where mistakes were made.

This is exactly how these situations should be handled.

We don’t believe in blindly attacking firms over every payout complaint. We reach out to the firm first, hear their side, and give them an opportunity to address the issue. If there is no proper response, then we take it further.

Credit to @airraja for taking accountability and being willing to cooperate with traders.

Now the real test is the resolution.

I’ll cover @PipstoneCapital based on what actually happens, positive or negative. No bias.
