Ouch, ride was hard but fun. Had an average heart rate of 165 for 3.5 hours. Lots and lots of climbing and fun descents. Love sonoma c.

Rescued a 5 day old goat today! Her name is Lucky but I'm the lucky one.

It's been a perfect day. Hiked with a friend in the am, rescued a dog, hiked with my dogs in the pm and am off to play with horses.
